As yoga teachers, it is beyond our scope of practice to diagnose or treat injury, but the more educated we are about the body, the more skillful we can be at preventing injury and supporting our injured practitioners. In this 3-day intensive module, we will discuss the 5 most common injuries seen in the yoga studio. We will discuss modifications, contraindications, and ways to decrease repetitive motion injuries in your classes. Your expanded understanding will give you the tools to empower your students with a keener awareness of their own bodies in posture.
