The way in which the material in this course is presented and how we are asked to interact with it as learners has really facilitated the application of these ideas to my practice and my teaching. Stacy has done an excellent job of presenting the material in way that makes it accessible to all types of learners as well as both students and teachers. I highly recommend taking this course if you want to learn how to create a yoga practice that is functional and sustainable.

Workshop with Stacy

When we embarked on our human adventures, we were naturally attuned to the rhythms of our breath and movements, embracing a state of fluidity, stability, and ease. As tiny tots, our breath flowed effortlessly, supporting our carefree and spirited exploration of the world. Our breath once served as the cornerstone of our posture, regulating our nervous system and nurturing our overall well-being.
